Listing in the Registry
To be included in the EMDR Registry, you must meet the following criteria:
- Residency: You must be a resident of Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR and hold a valid ID card.
- Training: You must have completed EMDR Therapy Basic Training and possess a Certificate of Completion (COC) issued by either:
- EMDR Hong Kong (The EMDR Association of Hong Kong), or
- Another EMDR Association or trainer recognized by EMDRHK, provided the certificate was obtained before you became a resident of Hong Kong.

- FEE: Listing in the Registry is FREE of charge.

Listing in the “Find a Therapist” Directory
The “Find a Therapist” directory features qualified EMDR Therapists offering private sector services in Hong Kong, either through private clinics or as self-employed practitioners. Your listing allows you to:
- Advertise your EMDR therapy services
- Highlight your specialties
- Provide contact details for prospective clients to book appointments
Listing Fees

*Note: The 12-month publication fee is about the same as just 1–2 client sessions. Advertisers say it consistently brings more clients.
Terms & Conditions (T&C)
- Extension. You may renew or extend your listing at any time at your convenience. The added period will start after your current term ends. Early extension is recommended to lock in the current fee.
- Membership discount. The discount applies only while your membership is active. If your membership lapses, the listing fee for the period in which you are not a member will be calculated at the rate of a non-member (see above).
- Updates / Corrections. To update your listing, please submit a revised form (Apply to get listed). We will update your listing at the next scheduled List update, usually at the start of the next annual quarter.
- Payments. Payments are not refundable.
